Calling all cigar aficionados! On April 25, 2014, the FDA released a 241 pages of regulations that can change your desire for premium cigars! Legislations has been filed for both the United States House of Representatives and the United State Senate that will excuse premium cigars from regulatory authority by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
It’s critical to take action right now and contact your Members of Congress and respectfully ask that they support premium cigars by co-sponsoring H.R. 662 and S. 441.
